All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. We know, we know — but trust us, you won't want to give it back.

Damaged or Defective Items If something arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] with a photo and your order number, and we'll take care of you.

Wrong Item Received If we sent you the wrong item, that's on us. Contact us within 7 days and we'll get you exactly what you ordered.
